Pasta met spinazie en zalm
Ingrediënten (voor 2 personen)
– 1 ui
– 1 teentje knoflook
– 400 gram verse spinazie
– 150-200 gram zalmsnippers of gerookte zalm
– 125 ml crème fraîche
– 2 eetlepels groene pesto
– 150-200 gram pasta
– zout en peper
Bereidingswijze
1. Snipper de ui en snijdt de knoflook fijn.
2. Kook de pasta volgens de aanwijzing op de verpakking.
3. Fruit de ui en de knoflook een paar minuten.
4. Voeg de spinazie in gedeeltes toe en schep om totdat alle spinazie is geslonken.
5. Voeg de crème fraîche en de pesto toe en wat zout en peper voor de smaak.
6. Voeg de zalm toe en warm even kort door. Garneer eventueel met wat pijnboompitten en verse basilicum.
